This complete version is professionally assembled with new OEM GM rocker-arm bodies and combines rigid billet-steel stands, 52100 bearing-steel shafts and reinforced multi-fastener mounting to reduce valvetrain deflection and provide a ready-to-install assembly.

- Professionally Assembled with New OEM GM Rockers: Unlike an unassembled shaft conversion kit intended for use with existing rocker arms, this package arrives professionally assembled with new OEM GM rocker-arm bodies. The completed assemblies are prepared for installation on compatible rectangle-port LS cylinder heads.
- Reduced Valvetrain Deflection: The BTR shaft rocker system addresses the deflection associated with the factory single-bolt rocker mounting arrangement found on Chevrolet Gen III and Gen IV cylinder heads. Its more rigid supporting structure helps maintain controlled rocker motion under demanding valvetrain loads.
- Billet-Steel Rocker Stands: Each cylinder head uses a billet-steel stand supporting four individual rocker shafts. BTR tested both aluminum and steel stand designs during development and selected steel to provide the rigidity required for the completed shaft rocker system.
- 52100 Bearing-Steel Shafts and Reinforced Mounting: The rocker shafts are manufactured from genuine 52100 bearing steel. Each pair of rocker arms is secured to the stand by five fasteners, distributing the mounting load across a reinforced assembly instead of relying solely on one mounting bolt per rocker.
- Updated V2 Shim Design: The second-generation BTR system replaces the earlier snap-ring arrangement with an updated shim design. This revision simplifies assembly and increases durability while retaining the drop-in configuration designed around compatible LS3-style rectangle-port cylinder heads.
Notes
- Will not fit Trick Flow or AFR cylinder heads.
- May fit other aftermarket cylinder heads; compatibility should be verified before ordering.
- Stock GM rocker-arm bolts can be reused, or the kit can be ordered with new BTR rocker-arm bolts.
