Shipping

Michigan Motorsports generally processes and ships all orders within 1 business day (unless stated otherwise) of when the order is placed, this excludes weekends and holidays. Orders shipping directly from the Manufacture may take additional time to ship. We ship to all the lower 48 states in the continental United States, please see the shipping chart below for estimated shipping times.

Shipping Addresses must match the customers Credit Card billing Address. We may ship to an address other than the billing address when approval is requested in advance at CustomerService@MichiganMotorsports.com

For orders outside the continental US or for express/overnight shipping quotes please contact us direct for a quote at customerservice@michiganmotorsports.com Additional import and duties taxes may apply to international orders.

Small packages are sent by U.S. Postal Service 1st Class or Priority Mail. This service is the fastest and most economical for this size of package. The U.S.P.S. delivers to the continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military addresses (APO/FPO), Monday through Saturday. All other larger packages will be shipped regular ground service by UPS. Ground service delivers to a large section of the U.S. within 3 days from our location.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before we ship will be fully refunded to the original payment method used. Check with your processor for rules on the time frame for refunds to be credited to your account.

Returns Policy

You may return unused items to Michigan Motorsports based on the following return policy:

Returns within 30 days of purchase date - Full Refund or Exchange
Returns between 30-90 days of purchase date - 20% restocking fee will apply

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be in original packaging or an additional 20% restocking fee may apply. All returns must be packaged properly. We are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing or shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Items not eligible for Returns or Refunds.

No returns will be accepted after 90 days from your purchase date. No returns are accepted for tools, tuning services, or special order items.No returns will be accepted on Items that show signs of being installed. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Items received that not deemed as acceptable returns will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Michigan Motorsports is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. It is the installer's responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation.

Once we receive your return please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process the return and issue any applicable refunds. If you don't receive a refund within 5 business days please contact your bank as they can take an additional 5 to 10 business days to credit your account.

Damaged/Lost Goods -

Notification of all damaged/missing items are to be reported within 7 days of delivery to customerservice@michiganmotorsports.com . Do not discard the package or box that the item shipped in. If a claim is filed with the shipping company, arrangements may be made for inspection and/or pickup of damaged items and packaging. If there appears to be any external damage, i.e. crushed or dented box, any tears or holes in the package, immediately inspect the contents of the package for parts damage. If damage/missing items are found contact us within 7 days for delivery.

Warranty

Michigan Motorsports will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. This warranty to replace is the only warranty expressed, implied or statutory on which the buyer purchases the company's products. There are no expressed warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to merchantability, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty will not be in force for any parts that was not installed per the manufactures installation procedures or that has been altered in any manners. To the extent that a product comes with a warranty from the original manufacturer, the buyer should contact the original manufacturer for any and all warranty repair or replacement's. All manufacturers' names, symbols and descriptions used are used for the purpose of identification only. It is neither inferred nor implied that any item offered by Michigan Motorsports is a product of, authorized by, or in any way connected with the vehicle manufacturer. Michigan Motorsports strives to ensure accuracy in its product advertisements, catalogs, and website, but is not responsible for printing errors. All prices, part numbers, product classes, policies and terms are subject to change without notice.
