Shaft Rocker Conversion System for 2007-2015 Rectangle-Port 6.0L and 6.2L LS Engines

Reduce valvetrain deflection while retaining compatible stock or BTR rocker-arm bodies with the Brian Tooley Racing LS3 Shaft Rocker Kit V2. Designed for compatible rectangle-port LS cylinder heads, this conversion replaces the traditional individual rocker mounting arrangement with rigid billet-steel stands, 52100 bearing-steel shafts and a reinforced multi-fastener design.

Reduced Valvetrain Deflection: The BTR shaft rocker system addresses the deflection associated with the factory single-bolt rocker mounting arrangement found on Chevrolet Gen III and Gen IV cylinder heads. Its reinforced design provides more rigid support for the rocker arms under demanding valvetrain loads.
Billet-Steel Rocker Stands: The system uses one billet-steel stand and four individual rocker shafts per cylinder head. BTR evaluated both aluminum and steel stand designs during development before selecting steel for the added rigidity required by the shaft-mounted configuration.
52100 Bearing-Steel Shafts: All eight rocker shafts are manufactured from genuine 52100 bearing steel. Each pair of rocker arms is supported by five fasteners securing it to the rocker stand, distributing the mounting load across the shaft assembly instead of relying only on one mounting bolt per rocker.
Updated V2 Shim Design: This second-generation BTR shaft rocker kit uses thrust shims in place of the previous snap-ring arrangement. The updated configuration simplifies assembly while maintaining the precise rocker positioning required by the shaft-mounted system.
Complete Shaft Conversion Hardware: The kit includes two billet-steel rocker stands, eight 52100 steel shafts, 24 rocker-stand bolts, 34 .055-inch shaft rocker thrust shims and one 33-piece BTR rocker-arm trunnion bearing kit.

Notes

Rocker-arm bodies are not included. This kit is designed for assembly with compatible existing stock rocker arms or BTR rocker-arm bodies.
Stock GM rocker-arm bolts can be reused, or the kit can be ordered with new BTR rocker-arm bolts.
Will not fit Trick Flow, PRC or AFR cylinder heads. Compatibility with other aftermarket heads must be verified before ordering.
