The Melling M365HV High Volume Oil Pump is a performance-focused upgrade for 2007-later Gen IV LS-based engines originally equipped with an M365-style DOD/AFM oil pump. Designed to deliver approximately 20% more oil flow than the factory GM AFM pump, this high-volume unit improves idle oil pressure and overall lubrication, making it an excellent choice for high-mileage engines retaining a stock camshaft. Built in the USA using advanced gerotor technology, the M365HV is precision-machined, assembled from premium materials, and individually tested for pressure and flow to ensure reliable performance under real-world engine operating conditions.

M365HV Perfect fit
Originally purchase M365 for my 2012 Sierra 1500 with 249,xxx miles from Michigan and worked great but wanted more idle pressure and volume for my LC9 5.3 so I purchased the M365HV. Came with (orange) 70psi already installed but swapped to the (yellow) -10 spring. Cold start up is at 60psi and hot idle is 35-40psi. Oil 5w-30 with prolube additive. So far pickup is loving it, granted Melling is a great product. Unlike other sites the has similar knockoffs, Michigan Motorsports has the real deal at a great price. Quickly shipped and made it to my front door quickly. Would definitely order again. Thank you.
