BTR 2009+ Hemi 5.7L Stage 3 Camshaft

Whether you're navigating the trails in a Ram truck or dominating the asphalt in a Charger or Challenger, BTR's Gen 3 Hemi cam lineup is poised to meet your needs. Stepping up to the Stage 3 will trade off a slight amount of power below 3,000rpm in exchange for massive gains all the way past 7,000rpm including a peak gain of 82 horsepower at 6,000rpm, putting your 5.7L past 500hp at the crankshaft with supporting bolt-on mods! The Stage 3 will transform the attitude of your 5.7L with a noticeable idle chop in addition to those power gains. For automatic transmission applications, a 2600+rpm torque converter is recommended with this camshaft.
Note: An MDS delete will be required to install this or any other higher performance aftermarket camshaft. This camshaft will not work with MDS lifters. A 4-degree VVT limiter is required for proper piston to valve clearance (limiter block is included with the camshaft). PCM tuning will also be required.
Kit Options:
Valve Springs: For most applications, BTR's .625" SP021-16 Beehive spring kit (consisting of Mopar drop-in springs) works great and we include a new set of OEM style valve seals. For boosted applications, we offer the higher pressure SK017 Conical .650" spring kit as an upgrade option. This camshaft will not work with stock factory 5.7L valve springs.
Pushrods: Includes 11/32" diameter chromoly pushrods. The 6.775" Intake and 8.075" Exhaust pushrods in our kit options are the most common lengths needed when running Mopar Hellcat or similar lifters. Will not work for Johnson or other aftermarket race lifters.
This dyno test was conducted on a stock 2009+ 5.7L with truck intake manifold, spring upgrade, E85, and long-tubes.
