MDS Delete Kit for 2009+ 5.7L Hemi Truck
Fits 2009-2024 Ram 1500 5.7L Trucks, and 2009-Only 5.7L Durango and Aspen
Michigan Motorsports' MDS Delete Kit for 2009-Newer 5.7L Hemi Truck engines includes all the parts needed for a complete MDS system elimination (PCM tuning also required). While Chrysler's 5.7L Hemi engine platform has proven to be a strong performer, the Multi-Displacement System is a known weak point, with lifter and camshaft failures being common. This kit is the optimal choice to prevent future failures when fixing damaged MDS lifters or camshafts, or to serve as a strong foundation for higher performance camshaft installations.

- MDS Solenoid Delete Plugs
- Head Bolts
- Crankshaft Bolt
- Camshaft Bolt
- Gaskets For: Cylinder Heads (MLS), Exhaust Manifolds, Intake Runners, Valve Seals, Front Crankshaft Seal, Water pump, Timing Cover, Valve Covers, Throttle Body
- Optional Camshaft: Michigan Motorsports USA-Made Non-MDS Camshaft (Replaces 53022314AD)
- Optional Oil Pump: Melling M452HV High Volume Oil Pump (Highly recommened upgrade to help prevent lifter/camshaft failures).
Note: The factory camshaft must be replaced with a non-MDS cam when performing an MDS delete. For a camshaft that will have stock behavior and not requite any additional tuning beyond having the MDS system disabled, select the option to include our Michigan Motorsports 5.7L MDS delete camshaft. PCM tuning will be required when performing the MDS delete. For 2009-2014 models, the Diablosport 8345 (click here) can be used when running a stock sized camshaft.
