The updated BTR TRInity V2 intake manifold brings a flexible, three-piece short-runner design to LS3 and rectangle-port LS engine combinations. Developed for high-RPM naturally aspirated and boosted applications, the TRInity combines cast aluminum construction, an interchangeable plenum and a high LT1-style throttle-body position in a package designed to fit popular Corvette and F-body engine compartments.

- Updated TRInity V2 Design: This latest V2 version uses BTR’s three-piece, short-runner intake architecture for LS3-style rectangle-port cylinder heads. Its optimum 6,000–8,500 RPM operating range makes it primarily suited to performance engine combinations designed to operate at higher engine speeds.
- Naturally Aspirated or Boosted Applications: The TRInity was developed to bridge the gap between naturally aspirated and boosted intake-manifold combinations. Its interchangeable plenum and modular construction provide application flexibility similar in concept to substantially more expensive billet intake-manifold systems.
- Flexible Throttle-Body Configuration: The manifold positions the throttle body in the higher LT1-style location and accepts compatible drive-by-wire or cable-operated throttle bodies. Its compact overall layout is designed to fit within C5, C6 and C7 Corvette engine compartments as well as popular F-body platforms.
- O-Ring Sealing System: Eight entrapped O-rings seal the runner-to-plenum interface, which is secured using 20 M6 stainless steel socket-head cap screws. The cylinder-head port seals use SAE O-rings positioned in dovetailed grooves to maintain their placement during manifold assembly.
- Black Cast Aluminum Construction: The cast aluminum manifold is finished in a black satin-texture powder coat and arrives semi-assembled with the required manifold mounting hardware. Two 1/4-27 NPT ports are positioned beside the throttle-body boss, with an additional 3/8-18 NPT port located at the rear.
Notes
- This updated V2 manifold requires the new-style BTR FRK-02 fuel rail kit.
- Using LS1-style injectors in this LS3 manifold requires FAST lower O-ring part number 54043-302.

BTR Trinity Intake
I just received this intake manifold the other day and am pretty amazed at how nice it is! The casting is clean the powder coating looks great and all o-rings and hardware is included. This intake is similar in design to some of the billet intakes out there but for thousands less. I can't wait to get this thing bolted on to see what it can do.
