BTR Gen V Trinity Truck Intake Manifold – Black – 5.3L and 6.2L LT Engines
Three-Piece Cast-Aluminum Manifold with 8-Inch Runners and 105mm Throttle-Body Opening
Upgrade a compatible 2014-and-newer Gen V 5.3L or 6.2L LT-based engine with the black BTR Trinity Truck intake manifold. Developed by Brian Tooley Racing for performance-oriented LT-powered truck combinations, its 8-inch runner design is engineered to produce more midrange torque than the shorter-runner Trinity manifold offerings.
The three-piece modular manifold is manufactured from cast aluminum and designed to make internal servicing and porting more accessible than a conventional one-piece cast intake. It fits beneath a stock truck hood, works with OEM truck accessories and features a 105mm throttle-body opening that can also accept a compatible factory GM L86 or LT1 throttle body.

- Cast-Aluminum Manifold with Black Finish: Manufactured from cast aluminum and finished in black, the Trinity Truck manifold combines performance-oriented construction with a clean engine-bay appearance. The finished casting provides a substantial visual upgrade for compatible Gen V LT truck and swap applications.
- Stock Truck Hood and Accessory Compatibility: Designed to fit beneath a stock truck hood while retaining compatibility with OEM truck accessories. This packaging makes the manifold suitable for supported Gen V truck builds where engine-bay clearance and factory accessory placement remain important.
- 105mm Throttle-Body Opening: Features a large 105mm throttle-body opening for compatible performance throttle bodies. The manifold can also be used with a factory-style GM L86 or LT1 throttle body, providing flexibility when selecting the electronic throttle-body configuration.
Notes
- Will not work with LT4 cylinder heads.
- Genuine GM LT4 fuel line part number 12663577 is recommended for installation.
- Retaining the factory EVAP system requires the separate BTR Trinity Truck EVAP Adapter.
