When Installing
Make note of the color on the second wire on each coil connector during installation. The connector with the purple wire goes to the coil that fires cylinder number 1 or 8, the red wire goes to 2 or 7, the blue wire goes to 3 or 6, and the green wire goes to 4 or 5. Proper connector placement is critical for correct ignition operation.
