Designed for 2014-newer LT-based engines, this kit replaces the weak factory needle bearing style rocker arm trunnion setup with micro-polished hardened shafts and C932 bearing bronze bushings for improved durability, lubrication, and load capacity. Factory-style rocker arm bearings can become a serious failure point, especially in engines with upgraded camshafts, higher spring pressure, increased RPM, or performance use. This bushing-style trunnion kit eliminates the loose needle bearing design, spreads valvetrain load over a wider surface area, and keeps the rocker arm lubricated through dedicated oil channels for long service life in stock and high-performance Gen V LT applications.
