    Product Description

    Melling 10295 High Pressure Oil Pump

    The Melling 10295 High Pressure Oil Pump is a stock-volume, high-pressure upgrade designed to resolve cavitation issues common in factory LS pumps at higher RPM. With a 10% increase in pressure compared to the OE M295, this pump is engineered to provide reliable lubrication under demanding conditions, making it ideal for performance Gen III & IV LS builds operating above 6,200 RPM.

    Key Features:

    • High pressure performance upgrade for M295 with 10% increased pressure
    • Maintains stock volume (approx. 6.8 GPM factory flow rate)
    • 33 PSI Pressure Relief Valve Spring for stable oil control
    • Cast aluminum housing, CNC-machined and hardcoat anodized
    • Cast iron cover, CNC-machined and phosphate coated with countersunk screws for added clearance
    • Screw-in valve plug with optional lower stock pressure spring included
    • Compatible with factory GM oil pickup tubes / 1-1/4" screens
    • Not for use with AFM/DOD-equipped engines (use Melling 10355 instead)

    • Gen III Vortec: 4800 LR4, LM7 | 5300 LM7, L59, LM4, L33 | 6000 LQ4, LQ9
    • Gen IV Vortec: 4800 LY2, L20 | 5300 LH8, LH9 | 6000 L98, L96, LY6, L9H | 6200 L92, L9H
    • Compatible with 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L, 6.2L LS engines without AFM/DOD
