The Moroso 73658 Ultra 40 Custom-Fit Ignition Wire Set brings Moroso’s race-proven Ultra 40 ignition wire technology to 2005-up Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep 5.7L HEMI applications.
Ultra 40 wires feature a compact 7mm diameter with only 40 ohms of resistance per foot. Their high-performance construction utilizes a ferrite-impregnated core for EMI suppression along with a nickel-copper alloy conductor designed to efficiently transfer spark energy. An aramid center core provides high tensile strength, while an extra-thick silicone layer and protective silicone outer jacket provide excellent dielectric strength and protection against heat, chafing, and contaminants.
High-temperature silicone boots withstand temperatures up to 600°F, while locking stainless steel terminals and fold-over crimp construction help maintain a secure connection under high-vibration conditions.
This custom-fit set features blue, unsleeved ignition wires and comes complete and ready to install, with each wire individually labeled by cylinder for easier installation.
