Specs: 226/235 .600"/.600" 111 LSA 3-Bolt Pattern
The Stage 2 Burnout Camshaft from Michigan Motorsports is a great choice for a wide variety of LS builds from 4.8L to 6.2L. In 4.8L/5.3L engines it leans aggressive for daily use, requires a 3200+ rpm stall, and pulls to ~7,000 rpm. In larger 6.0L/6.2L combos it’s a hot-street cam with good drivability, a notable idle (8.5° overlap), and a strong midrange. Burnout series cams use moderate .600" lift lobes to reduce valvetrain stress during extended high RPM/rev limiter action while still making excellent power. Whether for the burnout pad or a rowdy street build, these cams are tuned for real-world performance, competition-level reliability, and unapologetic sound.
Key Features:
- Covers cathedral and rectangle port LS engines: 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L, 6.2L
- Deep, choppy idle with 8.5° overlap; more aggressive than typical “Stage 2” cams
- .600" lift lobes for reduced valvetrain stress during high RPM use
- Built to withstand nonstop throttle abuse for burnout competitions
- Track-tested and driver-approved across multiple LS platforms
