BTR Trinity Intake Manifold with Fuel Rails for Gen III HEMI 5.7L / 6.1L / 6.4L - Mid Runner - Natural Finish - Single Injector
The BTR Trinity Series intake manifold is a high-quality cast aluminum intake designed for serious Gen III HEMI performance builds. Designed, cast and machined in the USA, the Trinity intake is one of the few all-American aluminum intake manifolds available for the HEMI platform.
This mid-runner version is designed for 5.7L, 6.1L, and 6.4L HEMI applications and is ideal for naturally aspirated combinations operating in the 4500-7400 RPM range. The manifold features an extra-rigid cast aluminum design for high horsepower and boost-capable applications, CNC-profiled runner entires and exits, and a downward-tilted 102mm plenum opening for excellent airflow with HEMI throttle body combinations.
This package includes the matching BTR FRK-10-12 single injector fuel rail kit, designed specifically for BTR Trinity HEMI intake manifolds. These large -12 ORB fuel rails mount directly to the intake without separate brackets, offering a clean installation with excellent fuel flow capability for high-performance HEMI combinations.

Fitment Notes:
- Requires customer-sourced head adapters when installing a 5.7L/6.4L intake on early pre-Eagle 2003-2008 truck engine intake ports
- Fits under most factory hoods, but hood clearance should always be verified, especially in swap applications or vehicles with aftermarket hoods, modified engine mounts, or altered engine position
- Due to batch-coloring variations, a slight color difference between the runners and plenum is possible on natural-finish multi-piece intake manifolds
