The Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) 7.825" Chromoly Pushrods are a premium strength upgrade for Gen V LT engines. Precision-engineered from high-quality SAE 4130 chromoly tubing, these pushrods deliver exceptional rigidity and performance under high spring pressures and aggressive camshaft profiles.
Measuring 7.825" in length, 3/8" in diameter, and .080" wall thickness, they are .025" shorter than stock Gen V LT pushrods and .025" longer than LS7 pushrods. Each one-piece pushrod is centerless ground for perfect roundness, case hardened to Rc 60, and finished in a durable black oxide coating with laser-etched part numbers and specs for easy identification. Ideal for boosted, high-RPM, or performance street builds, BTR pushrods deliver strength, consistency, and reliability far beyond stock components.
