This Michigan Motorsports Fuel Injection Pump PMD Wiring Harness is a brand-new replacement designed specifically for GM 6.5L turbo diesel engines equipped with the Gray PMD module. A worn or failing PMD harness is one of the most common yet overlooked causes of drivability issues on the 6.5L platform—leading to intermittent stalling, hesitation, hard starts, or unexpected engine shutdowns. As the connector ages, terminal spring tension weakens and loses consistent contact with the PMD, resulting in unstable communication with the injection pump. Replacing the harness restores a solid, reliable electrical connection and is essential whenever servicing or relocating the PMD.
