Used for mounting 1998-02 LS1 Camaro or 2004-2006 GTO water pumps onto 1999-2013 LS Truck/SUV engines. This is the exact dimension required for this combination to keep the belt aligned.

***Always use the belt tensioner that would have originally came with the water pump that you are using. (example: 1998-02 Camaro water pump would use a 1998-02 Camaro belt tensioner)
