Upgrade the cylinder-head clamping force on your Gen V LT-based engine with ARP's 234-4342 Pro Series Head Stud Kit. Manufactured from premium ARP2000 material with a rated tensile strength of 220,000 psi, these studs provide increased strength and clamping force compared with ARP’s standard High Performance 8740-series head studs. Each stud is cold-forged and heat-treated before the threads are rolled and machined, helping preserve molecular integrity throughout the manufacturing process. This kit features 12-point nuts and hardened parallel washers engineered to distribute the clamping load evenly and support accurate torque readings on compatible 2014+ 5.3L and 6.2L LT1, LT4, L83, L86, L84, L87 and L8T engines.
Note: This kit includes 20x 12mm studs, washers and nuts. If your build requires the additional M8 corner studs (these are not drilled/tapped from GM on factory engines), see kit 234-4343 (click here).
