Upgrade the appearance, crankcase ventilation and valvetrain clearance of your LS engine with these American-made Brian Tooley Racing cast aluminum valve covers. Designed without ignition-coil mounts for remote-coil configurations, these covers retain the factory mounting height while providing additional shaft-rocker clearance, four -12AN ORB ports and an integrated baffling system.

• Additional Shaft-Rocker Clearance: BTR’s unique casting places the valve-cover surface on a revised plane to provide added clearance around the taller nose of compatible shaft-mount rocker arms. This allows the covers to retain the stock mounting height while supporting valvetrain combinations that may require more internal room.
• Four -12AN ORB Vent Ports: Each valve cover features a -12AN ORB port at both ends, providing four ports across the pair. This flexible arrangement supports multiple catch-can, crankcase-breather and vacuum-pump plumbing configurations using the appropriate plugs and adapter fittings.
• Integrated Baffle and Splash Guard: The internal baffle design extends below the valve-cover surface to help shield the ventilation ports from direct oil splash. This provides a purpose-built solution for engines using large external breather, catch-can or vacuum-pump connections.
• Factory-Style Mounting: These covers retain the original LS valve-cover mounting height and accept factory GM-style bolts and gaskets. Builders can upgrade to cast aluminum covers without changing to a proprietary gasket or mounting-bolt design.
