Genuine GM stock replacement Exhaust Valve for the L8T 6.6L Heavy Duty gas engines. These valves are made from Inconel, making them a great upgrade for 6.2L LT1 L86 L87 engines as well. Compared to standard valves, Inconel is much more durable especially at higher temperatures, making them ideal for boosted applications or heavy duty towing applications.
