This cam is a perfect choice to replace a damaged stock 6.0L camshaft while retaining the OEM drivability and fuel mileage. Compatible with the original 3-bolt cam sprocket on 1999-2006 engines. 2007-newer engines will require a 3-bolt sprocket conversion kit. Not compatible with VVT.
