Michigan Motorsports' USA-Made stock replacement camshaft for the 1999-07 5.3L LM7 L59 and 4.8L LR4 Truck/SUV engines offers OEM quality at a fraction of the GM price. This cam is a perfect choice for daily driver trucks & SUVs performing a DOD/AFM delete (when used with a 3-bolt cam sprocket), or to replace a damaged stock 4.8L/5.3L camshaft while retaining the OEM drivability and fuel mileage. Compatible with the original 3-bolt cam sprocket on Gen 3 1999-2007 engines. Gen 4 2007-newer engines will require a 3-bolt sprocket conversion kit. Not compatible with VVT.
