Convert the variable valve timing system in a compatible Gen V LT engine to a fixed 0-degree camshaft position with this VVT phaser lockout block from Brian Tooley Racing. CNC machined from lightweight billet aluminum, the BTR limiter block installs inside the factory cam phaser to prevent camshaft phasing. Locking the phaser at 0 degrees provides additional piston-to-valve clearance for performance camshaft combinations using substantially greater duration than the stock camshaft. This application-specific Gen V LT cam phaser block requires the correct specialized installation tool kit based on the engine and phaser design.

• Fixed 0-Degree Phaser Position: The BTR VVT phaser lockout block holds the compatible Gen V cam phaser at a fixed 0-degree position. This converts the engine to a non-VVT camshaft configuration and prevents the commanded cam timing movement used by the factory variable valve timing system.
• Additional Piston-to-Valve Clearance: Eliminating camshaft phasing prevents the factory phaser from advancing or retarding the cam during operation. The resulting clearance supports compatible performance camshaft combinations with considerably more duration than the original Gen V LT camshaft.
