This billet bypass plug is designed to replace the factory fuel pressure regulator on 1997-2005 5.7L LS1 car intake manifold fuel rails when converting to an external fuel pressure regulator. Ideal for standalone fuel systems, it allows you to retain the OEM fuel rail while gaining full control over fuel pressure via a remote regulator.
Unlike the standard bypass plug, this version features an integrated 1/8" NPT port, perfect for installing a fuel pressure gauge or sensor for added visibility during tuning or diagnostics.
The plug installs in the factory regulator location and reuses the stock retaining clip for a secure, clean installation.
