Order Fulfillment & Packaging Associate

Position Overview
Join the Michigan Motorsports team and help deliver high-quality performance automotive parts to customers worldwide. As an Order Fulfillment & Packaging Associate, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring customers get the right parts—fast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use a handheld iPad to locate inventory and assemble customer orders.

  • Transport orders to packing stations and verify accuracy using scanning software.

  • Pack orders efficiently, making the best use of box space and packing materials.

  • Weigh packages accurately and process shipments using a shipping scale and rate chart.

  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory replenishment.

  • Organize materials on racks, shelves, or in bins by size, type, style, or product code.

  • Package parts according to Michigan Motorsports’ branded requirements.

  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.

  • Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus.

  • Good communication skills with peers and leadership.

  • Commitment to safe work practices.

  • Willingness to participate in company training.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and use your hands continuously for up to 8 hours.

  • Lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally (with assistance).

  • Occasional Saturday shifts required.
