Precision Fuel Injector Extender Kit

The Fuel Injector Spacer Adapter Kit allows you to adapt various LS injectors to multiple intake and fuel rail setups without permanent modifications. Designed for performance and reliability, these precision-machined spacers add approximately 0.68" (11/16") to the overall length of the injector and come complete with O-rings for a leak-free seal. A must-have for LS swap enthusiasts and performance tuners looking to run truck injectors or short LS3/LS7 injectors in LS1/LS2/LS6 intake manifolds. Quantity: 8 spacers per kit.

Applications:

Adapt LS3/LS7/LS9/L76 short injectors to LS2 manifolds with stock fuel rails (no mods).
Adapt Delphi truck (non-flex fuel) 4.8L/5.3L/6.0L injectors to LS1/LS6 manifolds with stock fuel rails.
With a 0.3" fuel rail spacer/washer, Delphi truck injectors can also be used in LS2 manifolds.

Installation Note:

Spacers must be mounted on the top of the injector. Installing them on the bottom will alter the spray pattern and cause improper engine operation.

Injector .60 spacers

.60 spacers I used on Dorman LS Intake with stock fuel rail and 50# flex fuel injectors. Worked great no issues.

I’ve ran these on just about 5 builds now and they fit great with a stock intake,msd, or fast when using a stock gm rail

Used in a 02 silverado 5.3 that i put an aftermarket ls6 intake on and worked great, no issues shipped and arrived pretty quick and about the cheapest ones i could find
