Notes:
This alternator is intended to be a drop-in replacement high output alternator that will reuse your OEM sized serpentine belt and have your OEM 2pin wiring connector plug in. Please be aware this alternator will still utilize the vehicles computer programming for voltage fluctuations between the parameters in the vehicle's computer. We highly advise adding (not replacing!) a power wire from our alternator directly to your battery positive post for best/optimal performance. We do NOT recommend adding a ground wire from the alternator to the battery in this application. Adding additional grounds in this application can cause irregular voltage readings and performance as it can dilute the signal being received by the vehicles OEM loop or current sensor on the OEM negative battery cable.
