The Melling 10342 High Pressure Hemi Oil Pump is a premium upgrade for 2003–2008 5.7L and 2005–2010 6.1L Hemi engines, delivering high pressure with standard volume output. Engineered and assembled in the USA, this pump is built from high-quality materials and precision-machined components to maintain proper engine oil pressure under demanding conditions. Featuring a hardcoat anodized body, phosphate-coated cast iron cover, and adjustable by-pass pressure using included springs, the 10342 provides improved durability and tunable performance for both street and performance Hemi applications.

Upgraded Design Features – Threaded fittings replace cup plugs for improved reliability and serviceability, and a new O-ring for the pickup tube is included for proper sealing.

Notes & Installation Information

Fits 2008-earlier 5.7L Hemi and 2005–2010 6.1L Hemi engines only.
Pre-installed yellow 50 PSI relief spring recommended for most 5.7L applications.
Red 60 PSI and purple 65 PSI springs included for higher pressure performance setups.
